da lama dah nak bt sdri kek ni...baru smlm dapat bt..hampehnya penangan cheese meleleh ni di malaysia sampai cheeder cheese yg versi seketoi ti semua da abis stok kat tesco...brand cikai2 pon xdok...aku rembat jela ygdah diparut...tu pon sek bek jek ader...

nah ni resepinya rakyat2 sekalian...resepi ni aku amik kat blog org lain tp aku olah skit2 ikot sedap tekak sdri.. (^_^)...tumpang share ea resepi..

kek coklat moist

-2 cwn tepung gandum
-1 cwn serbuk koko

-1 cwn milo

-1 cwn susu pekat

-1 cwn minyak masak/olive oil

-1 cwn air panas

-1 cwn gula

-4 bjk telor
-1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
-1/2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat 

Cara Membuat

masukkan semua adunan ke dalam bekas mix kan semuanya sehingga sebati bakar masak sehingga 30-45 minitbakar dlm 160-180C ekot kesesuaian oven memasing....masak sehingga masak
*aku bakar 170C selama 35minit

* make sure after masak trus kuarkan kek dr oven letak ats redai supaya kek tak BANTAT!!!

 (peringatan tuk diri sendiri........hihi)* sbb benda ni aku slalu lupa wat...huehuehueh.....

*kalo boleh ayak tepung n baking powder n soda bikarbonat sebanyak 2x supaya kek kiter smoothhh....

Untuk Cream cheese
250g cream cheese
120g susu pekat manis
50ml Susu Cair/Susu Segar/UHT Whipping cream (aku letak 80ml fresh milk )

Mix semua bahan di atas hingga sebati, adunan ini memang cair.

(bagi yg nak cair lg,tmbh lg sedikit Susu Cair/susu Segar/UHT Whipping Cream ye)
*actually tuk bahan ni, aku masuk semua bahan di atas tepat2 pastu aku tambah lg fresh milk sampai aku rs sedap ngn tekak sendiri..haha...kate resepi kiter..sesuka hati kiter lol....

Cheddar cheese

Untuk Hiasan 1 buku (250g) cheddar cheese,diparut seberapa byk yg nak...

*aku beli toping cheddar cheese yg dah siap parut...sedap jugak...brand family xsilap aku la...


Cara penyediaan 
1)Kek yang masak tadi sejukkan dulu kemudian bahagi pada 2 keping,tuangkan cream cheese di atas kepingan pertama. 
2)Lapiskan dengan kek,tuang semua baki cream cheese tadi.
3)taburkan cheese di atas kek.Siap. 

*aku potong wat 3 keping...aku letak kek tuang cream cheese pastu letak lagi kek.tuang cream cheese pastu aku tabur cheddar cheese parut letak lagi kek tuang cream cheese pastu tabur lagi cheddar cheese mmg cuti sem ni bagus tuk gemukkan badan............hahha

potong ikot sesuai bekas n buang bahagian tepi

tuang cheese atas kek n jgn lupa ratah n jilat bekas....haha

tabur cheddar chese ats kek sepueh hati lar.......:-)

 *cheddar cheese tu actually aku letak dlm peti sejuk beku...biar dia beku time nak tabur tu baru wat kuar dr peti...sng skit nak tabur sbb kalo dok dlm peti lama2 n xsjuk sngt nanti melekat2 lak satu sama lain..
*pastu biarkan semalaman dlm peti or 2-3jam baru mkn... terbaik!!!!!!!!!!

yg bestnya team kitorg dpt no.3 n dapat hamper for sporting team...dua hamper besar tu u....

tq tu tampin paintball park yg anjurkan program ni...marshall2 mmg best n sempoi jeh....cik razak yg cool lepak2 ngn kitaorg.. tq sbb sudi trima rombongan kami ke sana..(^_^)

* so far mkn katsini environment dye luas n tenang ..sape nak bawak ank2 boley la bertempiaran dlm ni sbb luas..staff pon semua baik :-)
